In Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Great Britain, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal

Can I collect the order in your store?

Yes. You can pick up the order at our Bodegas el Grifo Wine Museum store


Can I choose the arrival time of my order?

The delivery is made based on the daily route of the same carrier, but you can put a note with the request when placing the order


I have not received what I ordered or my order is incomplete. What I can do?

I want to return and / or change my order. How can I do it? What if it arrives incomplete or broken?

If any of our products is not in good condition or simply does not satisfy you, you can return it to us with complete peace of mind. If a bottle breaks during transport, we will arrange to deliver a new one to you.

I have forgotten my password. How can i get it back?

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it by accessing 'My account', clicking on the link 'Can't remember your password? Click here.
